In the January Vogue, there was an article featuring Yaya from American Next Top Model about Neon being the next moment in the Spring/Summer collections of fashion designers. What is better than bring back a little taste of the 80s back in the mix? For the most part, I believe neon can be a bit of a fight to pull off because too much is “too much” and a little would having people wondering why did you even try. My advice to you VE’s is to Google the color wheel. The color wheel will help you discover which colors go well with others. For instance, neon yellow and cotton candy pink, yellow/green, red/blue, purple/yellow, are some of the few combinations. On the other hand, if you are subtle girl try letting neon be your top or leggings in order to keep it simple in the club. My best advice for neon clothing would be vintage shops, American Apparel, Forever 21, or be creative and make something simple with your own personal sewing machine. So remember ladies less is better because nobody wants to be alarm by your outfit; they want to be inspired.
