Michael Jordan Sneaker's will never disappear!

As a kid growing up in Roxbury, MA, there was only three types of sneakers the average athlete worn Nike, Adidas, and Reebok. Michael Jordan started playing basketball in1985 for the Chicago Bulls but he was originally supposed to be drafted for Portland Trailblazers but they believe that Clyde “The Glide” Dexter was a better pick. During the 1990-1991 season I was fairly old enough to watch the game of basketball considering the Boston Celtics was still a good time and Larry Bird was at the sunset of his career. During this year I witness with my own eye that these man could actually fly in the air with the basketball. After that championship MJ became my ideal and only big investment I made until the end of high school. For those who don’t know, MJ brand “Jumpman” has been around for 26 years and still is the most successful sneaker label under Nike and basketball sneakers in general. Teeny Boppers maybe don’t really know Michael Jordan or maybe never seen one of his games ever. NBA 2K platform for game consoles just feature MJ as the face of this year NBA game! I believe MJ sneakers are a trend among people of all different lifestyles for another 25 years to come. Michael Jordan is the greatest player of all time I have witness. He had an ambition to succeed and I take that motivation and try to make it my own. If you don’t own a pair of MJ, believe me it is not just a pair of sneakers, they are a pair of glory worn by someone who never believed in giving up. For someone coming from the projects, it made me want to make better of myself without any excuse.

Cut it off, “It’s Only Hair”

In the spring and the summer, I flip in my Vogue magazine to only notice a lot of the models dress up with short hair do’s. I start to forget the season of hair getting shorter during this season because women in my neck of the woods tend to wear all types of do’s all year wrong. Lately I started to notice that the cut off a little something look has become the thing of the past. Now I started to see a over amount of young women shaving their entire head and leaving a large or small amount dead center of their head. This is a eye turning event because a lot of things start to come to mind after witnessing this lack of hair head. One, what the hell was she thinking to cut all that off. Two, she got to be the boldest person I have seen today considering some women get designs, colors, or style it up to give it their own spin. Third, is this style a phase like the traditional cutting of short hair for it will be allow to grow back when the cold winter come back. My advice is if you are looking forward to this look keep in mind like a guy you must keep your line up, hair in the shave area contained and keep the last little bit of her straight, curly, perm, or wavy. Be bold and proud!
